About Hannah Powell - Coach.
I love helping smart people believe in themselves so they can unleash their brilliance in the world and am on a mission to help professionals overcome the fear and self-doubt that can so often sabotage their success. A catalyst for clarity and courage, I helps emerging and experienced managers and executives focus on what matters, develop critical skills and perspectives, communicate with impact, and lead themselves and others to great results.
I'm known for my intuitive and insightful approach, for taking the whole system into account and for thinking and working creatively. Clients appreciate my fun and laid back approach coupled with an ability to combine big picture thinking with a practical focus on implementation and results.
Qualifications.
Hannah originally trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute, which is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and went on to hold an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the University of Bristol, an accredited ILM7 programme.
She also holds a MA with distinction in Personnel and Development; and a first class Bsc. Hons degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
It's this unique combination of professional coaching, HR and Psychology qualifications coupled with > c.20 years in people and culture roles and as part of SLTs that enables Hannah to offer her clients indepth insight, support and thinking partnership on a wide range of topics.
