Hannah Powell, MCIPD, M.A., BSc. ACTI., AMInstLM., BPS TUA/TUP.
Hannah has 20+ years' senior HR generalist experience under her belt, including 4 years as an in-house HR Director at a >£250M rev business. Most recently Hannah's known for being a strategic HR partner for multi-sector ambitious and often rapid growth businesses. She specialises in delivering impartial and practical advice and coaching, with indepth knowledge of HR management, employment law, organisational development, L&D and culture change. She's well versed in exploring the issues and challenges ambitious SMEs face, and has a proven track record of delivering effective HR solutions and coaching that bolster the businesses' commercial edge.
Hugely passionate about employee engagement and corporate culture, Hannah has a strong focus on optimising the performance of people; looking at everything from the way clients recruit and retain talent, through to engaging them through their work and development, and building brand advocacy amongst their people. She works with individuals, and organisations cross-sector such as media, high tech, SaaS, utilities, legal and manufacturing. Her interest and passion are in engagement, employee experience, well-being, performance and leadership.
MCIPD qualified with a MA in Personnel & Development, a Bsc. in Psychology and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring; Hannah is a knowledgeable and dependable HR practitioner and coach who injects fun and enthusiasm into HR.
